Shipping policy

 

We strive to fill orders within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.  Please be patient during holidays, and other peak shopping periods as we do expect order fulfillment and shipping delays. 

For your convenience, Sassafras Clothing Co. offers several shipping options at checkout. Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping to addresses within the continental United States. For orders with a subtotal less than $100, a flat rate standard shipping fee of $9.99 will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Sassafras Clothing co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is in transit, the shipment carrier is solely responsible for the deliverance and condition of the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays. If tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier to inquire about its whereabouts.
